These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of lead generation services by We Are Lead Gen ("we", "us", "our") to our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We provide digital and data-driven lead generation services focused on the UK market, primarily serving the home improvements and financial services sectors. Our services include the collection, verification, and delivery of consumer leads to agreed specifications.
All leads are delivered in real-time via our agreed delivery method. We warrant that leads are collected in compliance with applicable data protection legislation and that consumers have provided valid consent. Lead replacements are subject to our fair-use policy and require notification within 48 hours of delivery.
Pricing is agreed in writing prior to campaign commencement. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend delivery for overdue accounts.
Both parties agree to process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We act as a data processor where applicable and shall only process data in accordance with your documented instructions.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant campaign. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
